DSSSB PGT History Tier-I Result Out: Over 10,000 Candidates, One Provisional List
DSSSB released the Tier-I provisional nomination list for PGT History (Post Code 831/24), covering DoE and NDMC vacancies in Delhi.
More than 10,000 candidates applied for a single teaching post category this year — Post Graduate Teacher (History), Male and Female, under DSSSB’s Post Code 831/24. That result is now out: the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has declared the Tier-I provisional nomination list for the post, covering vacancies in the Directorate of Education (DoE), GNCTD, and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).
The recruitment was advertised under Advertisement No. 01/2025, and candidates were assessed through a single-tier online written exam covering general awareness, teaching aptitude, and subject-specific History questions.
DSSSB has published the provisional nomination list as a PDF on its official website, dsssb.delhi.gov.in, listing category-wise roll numbers — UR, EWS, OBC, SC, ST and PwBD — of candidates shortlisted for the next stage. Candidates are advised to search for their own roll number directly in that PDF rather than relying on third-party portals, and can also view an individual scorecard by logging into dsssbonline.nic.in with their Application Number and date of birth.
Being on this list is not the same as being selected. DSSSB describes it explicitly as a provisional nomination based on Tier-I marks and preference order, with no right to appointment attached to it yet.
The next step for shortlisted candidates is the e-dossier stage: uploading postgraduate mark sheets, B.Ed. certification, identity and category documents through the OARS portal within the notified window, followed by document verification carried out by DoE or NDMC.
DSSSB has reserved the right to rectify any error in the result at any stage, and warns that discrepancies between an applicant’s submitted documents and their original application can result in the candidature being cancelled outright.
