Gujarat Technological University Releases DIPL and BCA Results: What Every Student Needs to Know Before 13 July
GTU released the Semester 6 Diploma Regular and Semester 3 BCA Remedial results for the May 2026 exam session, with a recheck deadline of 13 July 2026.
Gujarat Technological University (GTU), one of the state’s largest technical universities based in Ahmedabad, runs examinations twice every year — a Winter session in December and a Summer session in May — for programmes spanning Diploma, BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Pharm and M.Pharm across its affiliated colleges.
On 10 July 2026, the university declared results from its May 2026 Summer session for two distinct groups: Diploma (DIPL) Semester 6 Regular candidates, and BCA Semester 3 students who had appeared for a remedial, or backlog, examination to clear pending subjects.
Both sets of results are available online through the result portal gturesults.in or the university’s website gtu.ac.in. Students need only their enrollment number and seat number to pull up their subject-wise marks, SPI, CGPA and final result status.
GTU has been explicit that this online version is provisional — the institute-issued marksheet, which carries the official signature, follows later. In the meantime, students are advised to download the result page as a safeguard and check every personal and academic detail for accuracy.
Anyone dissatisfied with their score can apply for a recheck or reassessment, but only until 13 July 2026. The application runs through gturesults.in’s RecheckLogin.aspx page, requires the student portal password, and charges a fee per subject — applicable, as a rule, to theory papers only. GTU has warned that whatever marks come back from the recheck are final, even in cases where they end up lower than the original.
Students must also clear a minimum bar of 35 percent per subject, tallying internal and external components together, to be marked pass; those with an FF or NP grade are directed to watch gtu.ac.in for the next remedial exam schedule.
